Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Magictrail, a service operated by Spark Media LLC ("Magictrail," "we," "us," or "our"), and to the websites, applications, phone numbers, email addresses, and related services that link to this policy (collectively, the "Service"). This includes multiple projects and domains operated under the Magictrail brand, such as magictrail.ai, Dentva.ai, and magictrack.ai.

This policy does not govern services operated independently by third parties. Their privacy policies apply when you use their products or follow links to their sites.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information, such as your name, email address, mobile number, organization details, and authentication information.
• Content and operational information you submit through the Service, including instructions, workflow configurations, records, messages, files, and other materials used by your virtual workforces.
• Communications you send to Magictrail by email, phone, SMS, support request, or other channel.
• SMS opt-in records, including your consent status, the date and method of consent, and opt-out requests.

Information from connected services

If you connect a business system, email account, communications service, data platform, or other third-party service, we receive the information you authorize that provider to make available. The scope of that information depends on your settings and the provider's terms.

Information collected automatically

We may collect device and browser information, IP address, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs when you interact with the Service.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Configure and coordinate virtual workforces, execute authorized workflows, process requests, and provide alerts, summaries, and recommendations.
• Send transactional and conversational communications you request or consent to receive.
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, protect the Service, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights and safety of users and others.

Magictrail may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to process requests and provide features. Automated results can be incomplete or inaccurate, and you should review important information and actions before relying on them.

How we share information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, security, and customer-support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We may share information at your direction, including with people you authorize or with a connected service you choose to use. We may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

SMS data and consent

We use your mobile number and SMS consent records only to provide and support Magictrail communications, maintain opt-out records, prevent abuse, and meet legal or carrier requirements. We do not sell SMS opt-in data or consent, and we do not permit service providers to use that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from using non-SMS features of the Service.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and security records, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected. We may retain opt-out records as needed to honor your communication preferences.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may update certain account information through the Service, disconnect supported integrations, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the link in those messages.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal our response. To submit a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
